BMW has published today a complete set of information and images of the new BMW 6 Series Coupe. It comes with a diesel version: 640d, and all-wheel drive: xDrive. After his brother BMW 6 Series Convertible drew waves of appreciation, the new BMW 6 Series Coupe give up to camouflage. Already the third generation 6 Series Coupe adopts the same design lines as those of the Cabriolet, but offering a slightly better profile and a somewhat larger trunk that can swallow up to 460 liters. Compared to the old generation, the new BMW 6 Series Coupe has grown by 7.5 centimeters (2.95 inches), dimension best reflected inside, where the rear passengers benefit from some more room. BMW presented today the X1 Efficient Dynamics version. The BMW X1 Efficient Dynamics crossover guarantees a consumption of 4.5 litres/100 km and offers 163 horsepower. BMW presented today the newest member of the Efficient Dynamics family. Although the combination of an SUV with an efficient label seemed impossible 10 years ago, BMW was able to provide the public with a model that break patterns, with help from the current X1. The compact crossover gave up all-wheel drive in favor of rear-wheel drive and chose the services of a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine. Compared with the series version sDrive20d, the new BMW X1 Efficient Dynamics develops 163 horsepower instead of 177. Torque also reduces from 380 to 350 Nm and is delivered over a range between 1750 and 2500 revolutions. BMW will present at the Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung (also known as the Frankfurt Motor Show or Frankfurt Auto Show) four world premieres. We will get acquainted with the future BMW M5, with a BMW M3 GTS sedan derivative, the new BMW 1 Series and with the new BMW i3 electric. Although there are three months until the Frankfurt Motor Show, BMW is already preparing surprises for this year edition. According to information published in the German press, the Bavarian manufacturer intends to display at its stand four premieres, including two signed by its performance division M. The first debutant is no longer a mystery to anyone, being already anticipated by a concept close to production last month. It’s the new generation BMW M5, ready to take over the assault on the main rival, Mercedes E63 AMG. Together with the Bavarian exponent of the E-Klasse, Motorsport Division will place a GTS variant for the M3 sedan. To celebrate 75 years since the launch of the BMW 328, the Bavarians have created a modern interpretation of it. Called 328 Hommage, the BMW concept car has a series of characteristic elements from the famous ’30s model. 75 years ago, the German manufacturer BMW would launch one of its best models. We talk about the BMW 328, a beautiful, powerful ,light car, that manage to dominate the circuit races of the time.
