Ferrari finally presented the new Ferrari FF All-Wheel-Drive. However, this is the 612 Scaglietti’s replacement and the most practical car ever made by Ferrari.
Ferrari officials unveiled the first images and technical information for the new All-Wheel-Drive Ferrari FF. Besides, the new Ferrari FF (acronym for Ferrari Four) is the first Italian All-Wheel-Drive. The model is powered by a V12 engine with direct injection, which has a displacement of 6262 cc and has a maximum power of 660 hp at 8,000 rpm. Peak torque of the V12 unit at 65 degrees is 683 Nm at 6,000 rpm and comes. Average fuel consumption is estimated at 15.4 liters per cent, while CO2 emissions are 360 grams per kilometer. Model capable of a maximum speed of 335 km/h.
The innovative All-Wheel-Drive from Ferrari is 50% lighter than conventional All-Wheel-Drive systems and maintain ideal weight distribution for a car. Through this system, the new Ferrari FF offers maximum performance regardless of weather conditions. The model is equipped with new generation of electromagnetic shock SCM3 and a braking system, carbon and ceramic items made by Brembo.
The transmission of this model is trans-axle, Ferrari engineers have mounted the dual-clutch gearbox near the rear axle. The model can accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, thanks so remarkable power and the ratio of 2.7 kg/hp. Due to optimal weight distribution, the model promises to provide an exceptional level of maneuverability. Being the most practical model Ferrari ever made, it offers a trunk volume of 400 liters (800 can be expanded by folding the rear seat) and can accommodate four passengers. The exterior can be painted in six specific hues.
