Spyker officially announced it has completed the procedures for acquisition of Swedish manufacturer Saab. The president said the Dutch Saab fans can prepare for a new era.
Dutch manufacturer Spyker
has today issued an official statement announcing the completion of the deal to take over Saab. Victor Muller, Spyker president, said that “the future of Swedish manufacturer is now assured. From now on revitalization efforts will focus on the company and return the profit. Spyker Saab will work with managers to give birth to new products, able to take the Saab heritage and break the GM influences” concluded Muller.
On the other hand, Jan Ake Jonsson, Saab Automobile CEO , said “the today news is excellent for customers, dealers, suppliers and employees throughout the Swedish brand. Passion and support displayed for our brand has been remarkable. At this point we just want to go back to the process of launching the new Saab 9-5.”
