For those fans of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula One racing team, there is a wide array of McLaren clothes available at their shop. The McLaren racing team is allowing fans to pre-order their 2012 line of F1 clothing. There are several choices in regards to menswear from McLaren. This season’s clothing line features shirts in white and black. A white 2012 team shirt can be purchased. With a mandarin collar, the t-shirt has red piping on the shoulder and grey side panels. This is a replica of the shirt that will be worn by both Jenson and Lewis during the 2012 F1 season. The upcoming men’s line also includes a team sweatshirt. In black, the sweatshirt is made of fleece. This also features contracting black and silver. The sweatshirt also comes with the team’s logo embroidered on it. Another item men can pre-order from McLaren is the Team’s 2012 waterproof jacket. Coloured in silver, this jacket is made from 100% polyester. IT also comes with a hood that is lined. The jacket has the bright red shock cords as well as the McLaren tick on the back of the collar. These design elements are all expected from McLaren. The 2012 McLaren menswear also has headgear. There are three different ball caps that can be pre-ordered. One of these is the 2012 team cap representing the entire Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula One racing team. A Toyota, a Hyundai and a car from an obscure Chinese brand dominates the Top 12 Best Selling Cars in 2011 worldwide. The year 2011 brought dramatic twists of position in the ranking of the world’s best selling cars. Even if the leader Toyota Corolla remained the same, its supremacy was attacked by models which a few years ago were not even found in the first 15 cars in this top. TOP 12 Best Selling Cars in 2011 According to the annual rankings made by Forbes USA, Toyota Corolla managed to remain on the first place in sales in 2011 as the best selling car, despite the huge problems in which the Japanese brand has been in the last two years. Thus, Toyota Corolla has “survived” the recall wave in 2010 and the natural disaster that hit Japan in March that affected the Japanese brand production throughout the year. The Corolla – model produced in 15 different countries and sold in no less than 140 markets decreased by 2% in sales compared to last year, but managed to cross over a million units sold. The big surprises come from the 2nd and 3rd places of the best selling cars in 2011. The second position, very close to Corolla, it’s a model that two years ago was not even in the top 10. When buying a Motors used family car safety is often one of the prime concerns.  If your family is going to travel in the car, you want to be sure above all else that they be safe in the event of a crash. This leads some people to buy bigger sturdier cars such as 4x4s, but the best way to discern a cars safety levels is through the Euro NCAP ratings.  Find whichever used cars you have in mind on their lists and check the safety ratings. In the small multi-purpose vehicle category, the Ford C Max and the Ford Grand C Max lead the way.  A range of factors are taken into account such as adult safety, child safety and pedestrian safety.  They have five point ratings along with the Vauxhall Meriva, Hyundai ix20, Citroen Xsara Picasso, Toyota Verso, Mini Countryman and Peugeot 5008 to name but a few. The large MPVs seem particularly safe.  The VW Sharan and the Seat Alhambra both gain good five star ratings. In the large family car category the Citreon DS5 and the Audi A4 seem to excel with good figures in the breakdown and an overall five star rating.  In terms of small family cars, the Lexus CT 200H and the Volkswagen Golf seem to fair particularly well. Wards Auto US publication has compiled a 2011 List of Best Car Interiors. Journalists have reviewed 51 models and have established 10 detached winners. Americans from Wards Auto have recently published a list of Top 10 Best Car Interiors for the current year. Publication of the US team had to test over 51 next generation vehicles or facelift, which propose significant changes to the interior. After a “careful” consideration of design, finishes and materials used, Wards Auto set the top 10 winners. In an official statement, the newspaper claims that they never tested so many cars, “which means that more and more manufacturers are seeking to give their customers a high quality interior. Manufacturers are so concerned about even the most smallest detail, it is hard to find a poor interior in the current car market. However, some manage to exceed those expectations and we decided to mention them in our list,” reads the release. Of course, such a top is always subjective, but Dodge Charger and Jeep Grand Cherokee? Really!? Where are the new BMW 5 Series, Audi A6 or A7, Citroen DS4, Peugeot 3008 or 5008, to name just a few? There are many people who are highly critical of the Stilo, but I think it is a superb car which strikes a perfect balance between maturity and fun, and offers the best value for money in its sector. The Stilo is a delight to drive and puts a great deal of pleasure back into motoring. Despite speculation, Fiat Stilo remains for me a reliable car, high performance, economical, beautiful, easy to drive, equipped with techniques of modern self. I bought this car in August 2009 in London and up to present we have not changed even a car part, comfort is quite high and quiet sound of motoring offers a real pleasure to drive on difficult roads from Romania.
