The Italians from Lamborghini have developed a convertible version of Huracan: Lamborghini Huracan Spyder has 610 hp, a top speed of 325 km/h and 17 seconds for its folding rooftop.
Lamborghini Huracan Spyder will debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show with the same 5.2-liter aspirated V10 engine and 610 hp, but with a folding rooftop. The Italian Spyder adaptation has the same maximum power and maximum speed as the coupe, but loses 0.2 seconds when accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h, the Huracan convertible needs 3.4 seconds to perform the acceleration.
Like the coupe, Huracan Spyder is offered with a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission – Lamborghini Doppia Frizione. The weight distribution between the axles is kept in the same percentages: 43% on the front axle and 57% on the rear axle despite its increased by 120 kg mass from the convertible version.
Lamborghini Huracan Spyder has a length with 15 millimeters longer than the coupe, but differences between the two models ends here and essentially different from the ceiling. The latter is made of fabric and can be ordered in brown, red and black and is fully hydraulic operated, being raised or lowered in just 17 seconds at speeds up to 50 km / h. All storage takes place behind the two seats on board in a dedicated space. Whether the roof is up or down, Lamborghini Huracan Spyder has no problem in achieving the technical top speed provided, 325 km / h, just like its coupe brother.
Lamborghini did not made differences between the Coupe and the Spyder regarding the interior of Huracan in terms of style and technology. Lamborghini Huracan Spyder will arrive in dealerships next spring and will cost over 180,000 EUR without taxes on the German market. However, at this level, it is said that if you need to ask how much, you do not really afford it.
