According to Automotive News, the luxury car manufacturer has already chosen a name for the successor of Bugatti Veyron. It will be called Bugatti Chiron, in honor of the pilot Louis Chiron, originally from Monaco, dedicated entirely to the Bugatti brand, who ran for much of his career. Moreover, Louis Chiron is the man with most podiums for the Franco-Italian manufacturer.
He was honored in the past, specifically in 1999, when the designer Fabrizio Giugiaro drew a concept named Bugatti 18/3 Chiron. If we look at the photos we see that between Giugiaro‘s concept and the Bugatti Veyron there are clear similarities.
