The new Aston Martin DBS Carbon Edition is offered in two new body colors: Flame Orange and Ceramic Grey, in addition to the original Carbon Black. The painting process involves seven layers of painting and a manual finishing that lasts 25 hours. Optionally, the client may choose a special varnish, which gives a finishing comparable to silk.
Other special features include alloy wheels, which have ten spokes with Diamond Black finish or can be painted Full Gloss Black. Calipers are painted black, but customers can order them yellow, orange, red or gray. The front grille is painted black and the lights are tinted.
