Unveiled in world premiere in March this year, at the Geneva Motor Show, revolutionary concept Citroen Survolt will make its appearance on the track. The event is scheduled to take place on July 10, on the circuit of Le Mans. Behind the electric concept wheel will be Vanina Ickx, daughter of the famous driver Jacky Ickx, who won the 24 hours of Le Mans race six times.
The Survolt is a 100% electric sports car, featuring a lightweight, compact mass. Indeed, it is 385 cm long, 187 cm wide and 120 cm high. Citroen Survolt is equipped with two electric motors deliver a total output of 300 bhp. This concept car has a top speed of 260 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 in 5 seconds flat, while the kilometer time trial is covered in less than 22 seconds. Thanks to the flat bottom with extractor and bodywork in carbon, and the tubular frame, the Citroen Survolt weighs just 1150 kg. Instead, autonomy is 200 miles and the batteries can be regenerated with a specific charge of 2 hours or, alternatively, with a charge of 10 hours from home.
