Bentley Mulsanne receives a limited edition to celebrate nine decades since the first edition of the Le Mans race. The special variant is called Bentley Mulsanne Le Mans Edition and will make its American debut at this year’s Concours d’Elegance, Pebble Beach next to another limited edition of the Continental GT.
Each car will be available in six new different packages that include brand new exterior colors and interior decorations.

Each package gets its name from the six drivers who won the race with the British car brand: John Duff, Dudley Benjafield, Woolf Barnato, Tim Birkin, Glen Kidston and of course, Guy Smith. Compared to the standard model, Bentley Mulsanne Le Mans Edition comes with sport suspension, quad exhaust system and five-arm alloy wheels.
Regarding the interior, even if the official photos are lacking at the moment, the most impressive new special edition of the British flagship promises unlimited dose of elegance and sophistication and prospective passengers are going to be spoiled with many luxurious details, including quilted leather, plus stitches sewn in the shape of diamonds and aluminium sports pedals.
Bentley Mulsanne Le Mans Special Edition Specs
From a technical standpoint, the new Bentley Mulsanne Le Mans special edition boasts only with a simple sport suspension. Therefore, the V8 twin-turbo 6.75 liter hidden under the bonnet most likely escaped untouched, which means that specs sheet still shows maximum values as 512 horsepower and 1,020 Newton-meters and let’s not forget an automatic transmission with eight reports, all-wheel drive system, acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers (0-62 mph) in about 5.3 seconds. Regarding top speed, the exclusive automobile manufacturer in Crewe promises a value of 296 kilometers per hour.
2013 Bentley Mulsanne Le Mans Edition Launch
The special edition of the Bentley Mulsanne will debut at Pebble Beach next to a wide range of Bentley models including the Flying Spur, Continental GT Speed, Continental GT3 and Speed 8, a prototype that already won the Le Mans race.
