Ferrari F-150 Release Date
Ferrari officially confirmed today its newest supercar debut, codenamed Ferrari F-150 at the Motor Show in Geneva. First official images will be available starting with March 5 during the first press days.
Described by the manufacturer from Maranello as a true “hypercar” F-150 will walk in the footsteps of legendary Enzo and borrow most of its technology from Formula 1 cars improving grip in cornering and acceleration performance.
Currently there is not much information about the new hypercar built by the Italians, but several publications in the Peninsula have hinted that Ferrari will produce just 499 copies, each with a starting price of 1.2 million euros.
Ferrari F-150 Price
The price for Ferrari F-150 is justified by its drive train performance as well as the limited number edition. The car will have a 6.3-liter V12 engine, taken from the F12 Berlinetta, and a HY-KERS system which involves installation of two electric motors, one for rear propulsion and one dedicated to auxiliary systems.
If rumors are true, the Ferrari F-150 could have 950 hp and a total weight of only 1,100 kilograms. With such a configuration, it is not surprising that the new Ferrari F-150 will become the most powerful and fastest Ferrari ever produced.
Just a few days ago, Ferrari F-150 was spotted while leaving the Maranello circuit. Here’s the video with the Ferrari F-150 spy shots:
