General Motors will sell the Chevrolet Volt – Opel Ampera in China, where the model will be sold under the Buick brand. The group of Detroit will correctly capitalize the fortune that the brand is enjoying the growing market in the Asian country.
The car for the Chinese market, should be produced together with the sisters under the brands Chevrolet and Opel factory in Hamtramck, Michigan. Among the few details emerged at the time on account of this operation, there are some sales projections, which speak in volumes for the Chinese predictably lower than those in the U.S., despite the fact that Asian market now exceeds the size of North American.
