Skoda has published a new photo gallery with the Skoda VisionD showing the design lines that the future brand models from the Czech Republic will receive.
“The model is inspired by classic shapes and design. The long wheelbase and short front and rear consoles represent the absolutely necessary requirements for the success of modern automotive architecture,” says the very short official statement from Skoda.
The fresh design, attention to details, and the logo with a new spectrum of colors will be adopted gradually on all Skoda models, the first implementations will take place from 2012. The new philosophy and new design will be adopted by the company’s marketing department, but also by the sales department, which means that we will see a reorganization of the Czech manufacturer showrooms in the next period.
The decision to change language design and the logo comes from the Czechs desire to continue the good progress registered in recent years. Volkswagen subsidiary hopes to double its sales by 2018.
According to international press, Skoda VisionD Concept will be the basis of a stand-alone model that will enter in the Czechs range between Skoda Fabia and Skoda Octavia.
