Lexus introduced today the first images of LF–Gh Concept, a prototype that promises to revolutionize the design, style and propulsion systems for premium sedans available on the market today. The concept will be launched in a world premiere at the 2011 New York International Auto Show.
Its name is an acronym derived from “Lexus Future Grand Touring Hybrid” and the car promises to underpin new generation of models for medium and large segment of the Japanese manufacturer, from new-generation GS. Its design reaches new horizons for Lexus, the front lines are a evolution from the LF–A supercar, with the changes that especially touch front the grid.
“For this concept, Lexus designers studied characteristics that are often considered contradictory and difficult to execute together. The captivating design of the LF-Gh concept examines the possibility of balancing what are normally opposing qualities, such as style and functionality.”
