Kia Provo Concept – Design & Engine

Kia Provo Concept is described by the Korean manufacturer as a sexy city car. The front is dominated by a radiator grille with an aggressive look and a racing-inspired spoiler, inspiring speed and power from every angle. At the rear there are two symmetrically placed vents incorporated into the rear spoiler. It is painted in light color with orange roof and orange details and features chrome details.

The interior exudes a premium feeling, with a digital dashboard and minimalist control elements. This concept just announces a possible rival for the Mini, and if Provo will reach mass production not all of these elements will be preserved. Also, the three-spoke leather steering wheel covered with Alcantara and aluminum trim distinguishes.

On the same presentation, Kia will unveil the GT versions of the cee’d and pro_cee’d which will wear the performance turbo engine 1.6-liter of 204 hp and 195 pound-feet of torque (265 Nm). Combined with a 6-speed manual transmission, accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 7.9 seconds.
