Dacia Duster Adventure was presented in Dacia’s stand here in Geneva alongside Dacia Logan MCV, located in the center of the stage. The Romanian manufacturer presented this new special edition of Duster that brings a series of updates to help you on the road.
Although attention of those who came to Dacia’s stand focused on Dacia Logan MCV, the exhibition area had on a pedestal a special edition of Duster Adventure. This design exercise guarded the entrance as Cerberus, demanding some photos as tribute from all who stepped inside the stand.
Many were expecting a facelift for Duster here in Geneva, it was replaced by a limited special adventurer version dedicated to this special Romanian SUV. Those still expecting a facelift should set their new goal for September 2013, during Frankfurts’s Auto Salon. However, their thirst should be partially quenched by Duster Adventure version, a limited series which aims to highlight the Romanian SUV capabilities through a series of interesting aesthetic additions.
From time to time, in order to signal its presence but also attract curious journalists, Duster Adventure blinked its powerful projectors placed on the roof. As always, we found many Asians, who took a lot of photographs, hopefully exposing Dacia Duster Adventure to a commercial success on Asian markets.
“With the new Logan MCV and Duster adventure, Dacia continues its strategy and surprises the world. Our brand strategy combines simplicity and generosity, and both cars offer more equipment and a very successful design at a specific Dacia price. This strategy was perfect for more than 2.3 million customers. ” Arnaud Deboeuf – Director of Entry range

Unlike conventional versions of Duster, Duster Adventure comes with a new projector mounted on the roof, aluminum shields front and rear, with a body that can be ordered in two colors (Glacier White and Nacre Black) and a black mask for its headlights.
The variant is completed by cool new stickers and adding the name of this version on the full width of the side doors. The windows are tinted and 16-inch wheels with a new black grille complete the special appearance of Dacia Duster Adventure.
Duster Adventure – Black Interior
The interior has not escaped the changes. Thus, black upholstery is complemented by white embroidery, center console gets a black piano plastic, while the white trim (steering wheel, interior door handles and around aerators) contrasts with the sober atmosphere inside. Those who choose Dacia Duster Adventure special version will benefit from its semi-integrated Garmin navigation system in the upper part of the dashboard, displaying routes to 45 European countries.
The Duster Adventure Edition goes on sale next month, April 2013, and will be available in more than 16 countries. You can even buy it as a FWD or AWD and there’s currently word on pricing, but a normal front-drive Duster is available at the reasonable price of £8,995, and the AWD version starts at just under 11.000 pounds, making it the UK’s cheapest 4×4 by far. Probably, this special edition of Dacia Duster Adventure will have prices similar to the ones available on the standard version.
