Ferrari 458 Italia Spider will be equipped with a 4.5 liter V8 engine that will develop 570 hp and 540 Nm, but the protagonist of this package will be the hard-top roof. It is electric assembled or disassembled, 100% automatic, and the whole operation takes only 14 seconds. Ferrari 458 Italia Spider has an average consumption of 11.8 liters/100km. The Ferrari 458 Spider is just over 50 kg (110 pounds) heavier than the standard, totaling about 1430 kg (3152 pounds) with sports seats and forged wheels. Ferrari said that the power/weight ratio is now 2.51 kg (5.53 pounds) per horsepower, and the weight distribution between bridges is 42/58 front/rear.
Italy 458 Spider‘s windscreen is effective up to 200 km/h, after which passengers are likely to be disturbed by the generated airflow. Ferrari 458 Italia Spider ‘s chassis promises to be as rigid whether the driver will be running with the top down or not.
Next we have the Maserati Kubang. While some were rubbing their hands with joy at the idea of a Maserati SUV, others blamed the fact that Italians sell their soul for profit. Despite the different opinions of the fans, Maserati decided to write a brand new important page in their history at IAA 2011.
Therefore, the Italian stand hosted the world premiere of Maserati Kubang SUV, a contemporary reinterpretation of the concept with the same name, introduced eight years ago. To justify mass production, Kubang architecture was developed on the Jeep Grand Cherokee architecture, taking over much of its dimensions.
Under the bonnet we will find two familiar engines for the public: a 4.7-liter V8 gasoline engine and a 3.0-liter diesel. This one should be mostly known by the Fiat-Chrysler alliance fans. Both units will be assisted by an automatic transmission with eight reports.
