Detroit Auto Show opens the ball on the novelties in the automotive world of 2012. Here are the Top 10 most important Premieres in Detroit. Detroit Auto Show 2012 (North American International Auto Show – NAIAS 2012) is the first important event of the year. It opens the series of large Auto Shows and it’s a barometer of the U.S. automobile industry. Although Detroit itself is a city sad and gloomy, the auto show held here is pretty bright. Every year in early January, the motoring press gathers at Cobo Center to see what the auto manufacturers have prepared. And this year, the list of premieres wasn’t poor.
