There are some small objects in this world with an amazing value. Objects that give the owner a title of supremacy and gratitude for all that he had accomplished. I’m talking about: Oscars, Emmys and all the other trophies anyone wants to have.  In our field all the car manufacturers fight over the title: Car of the Year, a category in which you can even be proud to be as a nominee. We have spoke about most of these cars on our website, even did a few test drives and we’re pleased to see some interesting models on this list that was released today by the organisers of European Car of the Year 2011 containing the top 35 cars that are fighting to claim this amazing title.

The best represented brands are Citroen and Nissan so it seems these manufacturers did a great job this year.

Audi spreads the first images of A7 Sportback, 4.97 meters long five-door hatchback available in dealerships starting in autumn 2010 with starting price set at 51,600 euros (£43,286 - $67,136).

The Audi A7 Sportback engine range has articulated around 2.8 FSI, 3.0 TFSI and 3.0 TDI with a power range between 204 and 300 bhp, all with V6 architecture. The petrol access provides 204 bhp and 280 Nm which urge the two volumes and a half to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds to a maximum speed of 235 km/h and average consumption of 8l/100km. More lively and handsome the 3.0 TFSI 300 bhp and 440 Nm, enough to negotiate a great time in 5.6 seconds 0-100 km/h and reach 250 km/h consumes 8.2 liters per hundred kilometers. Nissan launches advertising campaign in the UK called “How to beat the Germans” to promote the 370Z and the GT-R by highlighting their “superior performance but at a lower cost than comparable direct to the German rivals” .
